The 2019 Kids' Choice Awards was a full end-to-end project. As Senior Designer, I developed the full style guide and designed the show logo, establishing the visual foundation that carried across every touchpoint of the campaign.
The creative direction was all about the blimp taking you on a fantastic journey, and it leaned into playful maximalism: energetic typography, vibrant color palettes, and dynamic graphic elements that had to work everywhere from broadcast graphics to large-scale environmental builds. The identity needed to feel current and ownable while staying rooted in the irreverent, kid-first spirit that defines KCA.
From there the work got tangible. I designed the show collateral including tickets, t-shirts, socks, and credentials, and partnered with 1540 on the post-show party and on-the-ground activations, ensuring the identity held up at scale across physical spaces.
